Naman and Rudra bring over 18 months of hands-on experience in scrap trading and EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) consulting for recyclers. Through this work, they identified a critical gap in the industry: recyclers and plant owners were increasingly dependent on imported scrap to sustain operations and generate credits, despite India producing an estimated 1,59,000 tons of recyclable scrap daily.
The core issue was not availability, but accessibility. A significant portion of this recyclable material was ending up in landfills or remaining unaccounted for within the formal supply chain, leaving recyclers without consistent access to quality feedstock.
Recognizing this disconnect, Naman and Rudra founded the company to bridge the gap between domestic scrap generation and industry demand. Through a network of Modular Hubs (MRFs), the company sources industrial scrap and supplies recyclers with reliable, high-quality feedstock, building a more efficient and self-sufficient recycling ecosystem for the country.
