These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of R&C Recycling Pvt. Ltd. ("R&C", "we", "us"). By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or requesting a pickup, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

1. Our services

R&C provides collection, hub intake, weighing, sorting, grading, processing, and trading of recyclable material, together with the associated documentation. This website allows you to learn about our services and to submit contact and pickup requests. Information on the website, including material categories, indicative rates, and turnaround times, is for general reference and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you act on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Quotes, pricing, and payment

• Any price shared before collection is indicative and subject to final weighbridge measurement and inspection at our hub.
• Material must match the description you provide. We may adjust or decline a quote if the material differs in type, grade, condition, or quantity, or if it contains moisture, contamination, or prohibited items.
• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, standard payment is released within three (3) business days of material verification. Expedited settlement may be available for verified sellers at a processing fee of 1.5%.
• Payments are made by bank transfer against valid documentation and, where applicable, a GST-compliant invoice.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you have lawful title to the material offered and the right to sell it, and that it is not stolen, disputed, or encumbered.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including waste-management rules relevant to the material you offer.
• You must not offer hazardous, radioactive, explosive, medical, or otherwise prohibited material, or material we have not agreed to collect.
• You must provide accurate contact, address, and material information so that pickups can be completed safely and lawfully.
• You must ensure safe access to the pickup location and any authorisations needed for our team to enter and load material.

5. Pickups and logistics

Pickup windows are confirmed by our team after you submit a request. Please keep material clean, dry, and segregated as advised. If a site is inaccessible, unsafe, or the material differs materially from the request, we may reschedule or cancel the pickup. You may reschedule by informing us in advance.

6. Acceptable use of the website

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the website's operation or security;
• Scrape, copy, or republish content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
• Submit false, misleading, or spam enquiries.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to R&C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but no other use is permitted without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites or use third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's terms.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that general information on it is complete or current. Material classification and final pricing are determined only after physical inspection at our hub.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&C is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold R&C harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or a breach of your ownership and compliance warranties in relation to material you offer.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or refuse access to the website or our services, at our discretion, where we suspect misuse, unlawful activity, or a risk to the safety of our personnel or third parties.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory provisions, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
