• The content of your message or enquiry.

Our website is served over a secure connection and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We store your cookie preference in your browser's local storage. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, or processing we are required to continue by law.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with service providers and partners who help us operate, including:

• Form-delivery and communication providers that transmit website enquiries and pickup requests to us;
• Cloud productivity and record-keeping providers;
• Transport and logistics partners performing a pickup;
• Banking and payment partners processing settlements;
• Professional advisers, auditors, and insurers; and
• Courts, regulators, or authorities where required by law.

Our vendors are bound to process personal data only for the purposes we specify and to apply appropriate security safeguards. Business customers who require a formal agreement can request our Data Processing Agreement.

6. Retention

Enquiry and quote data is retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Seller and transaction records are retained for up to 8 years where required for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes. Cookie preferences are stored until you clear them or withdraw your choice. Thereafter, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, confidentiality obligations for personnel, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please share only the information needed for your request.

9. Children

Personal data is primarily stored and processed in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we take contractual steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection, and we will comply with any transfer restrictions notified under the DPDP Act.
